QUIKLOOK Data Acquisition System

Teledyne Instruments QUIKLOOK is a self-contained valve-testing system that is used to capture data from our QSS and SMARTSTEM sensors or any strain gage or voltage based transducer. These sensors provide continuous torque and thrust data from the stems of valves undergoing diagnostic testing.

QUIKLOOK collects data from eachchannel at 1k s/s and allows the user to view up to 16 channels of valvedata simultaneously on a 10.4" active matrix color monitor.

The QUIKLOOK system uses a high-speeddata acquisition card with built-in signal conditioning. The systemhas 11 input ranges from +/-10 mV to +/-10 V. the software containsenhanced triggering functions; Setup, Test and Replay options; TraceMarking capability (60 points max); Real-Time Viewing of Channel Data and Automated Report Generation.

The QUIKLOOK program is integratedwith Microsoft Access for full database manipulation of marker dataand trending capabilities. Differrent test data can be synchronizedon a common marker point.

QUIKLOOK can also be used to interactwith the SENTRY system to analyze datapreviously collected.
